We played at Bay Point Wyndham Golf Club - Magnolia Course. It was cool in the morning, but when we teed off it was spectacular! Sun shining and a wonderful day for golf. Until it got cold and the wind picked up...
I had not played golf in two years.. First I had forgotten what a club looked like..
And let me say that the grips on your clubs will literally disintegrate!
The next day after a great breakfast (biscuit and gravy) we headed to West Marine and Hancock Fabric to get fabric for new window coverings... took in a few caches... looked FOREVER for one... which we never found... and ended up eating Pizza at Enzos... Yum!
Curtis discovered that he left his credit card at Gracie Ray...since the bar has not been open since he left it there we just sumized that they had closed shop and headed out to shop on his card... LOL
We ended the day having cocktails on Cambria and watching yet another beautiful sunset.
We then "put our fat pants on" and chilled out.
On Curtis and Diane's last day we headed out early to find breakfast and do some Geocaching before we were able to pickup Curtis's Credit Card from
Alas, they had to leave us but plan to meet us again along the way. It was a great 2 weeks.
Friday was cold and damp and windy and rainy... we did not even leave the boat until the afternoon when things finally settled down. The fog was so thick you could not even see across the ICWW
I discovered that I had not gotten one of my Rx's refilled.. yes with all of the trips to Walmart while Curtis and Diane was here I never thought about doing it. So, a nice guy from the marina, Chad, took us to Walmart and we then took him to lunch.
The rest of the day was chill.
