1/10/2015 - The Wharf back to Palafox

We spent all day yesterday researching the weather options.  Having someone else do this for us is no longer an option!  We much learn!  So I made a graph and listed 8 weather sights to compare forecasts on.... The rule is to make sure you have at least 3 sites agree on the information.  You also want to make sure that they are projected out long enough to give you plenty of time.

So, while the weather was frightful!  Bitter cold and windy for several days we found what looked like.... according to our calculations....one day... today!  So we got up, went to McDonalds for breakfast then untied the lines and took off headed for Palafox.

Well, I am happy to report that our progostication was spot on!  We had a great trip.

With Al at the helm (most of the time)  And Diane and Curtis there to give him advise we were well underway resuming our great adventure!

The sunset was perfect!  You can see the cold winter sky consuming the sun.  Pretty.

We finished the day with a trip downtown to The Tin Cow for burgers and football. The Patriots won!
